Interest Rates Reach Record Low - Save More Than $50,000

Interest Rates Reach Record Lows

Interest rates are once again below 5.0%.  On a 30-Year Mortgage of $300,000 with 20% down that would save you over $50,000 in interest over the life of the loan.

Sample Loan

$300,000 Price Of Home
$60,000 Down Payment
$240,000 Loan Amount
4.875% Interest Rate
= $1,270 P&I

vs.

5.875% (Interest Rate Two Months Ago)
=$1,420 P&I

That's a $150 per month savings so $150 x 360 Months = $54,000 SAVINGS

Don't Miss Out on the $8,000 Tax Credit
Time is running out on the $8,000 1st Time Home Owner Tax Credit.  You have to close and fund your home by November 30th.  It's taking 2-6 weeks to process a loan these days so you only have a few weeks to find a home and get your loan processed, underwritten, draw docs, close and fund.  Don't miss out, this is still a Buyer's Market!
